who we are
ODyssey Consulting Group
There's a reason why odyssey begins with OD. Organization Development (OD) is a journey for most people. It's the deep understanding of how people behave within an organization and react to change. Why is this important? Because organizations are not buildings. They are not companies. They are not structures. They are people who are organized for a particular purpose. When we focus on people, and design change to fit their culture, we get performance!
At ODyssey Consulting Group, we are a team of OD practitioners who have a successful track record of managing global teams executing transformation initiatives. We use data analytics to design and prioritize OD interventions. We build trust with senior leaders and stakeholders, becoming their strategic OD business partners. We are the people side of business, and we understand how to improve their performance.
